Personal Ascension Guidance Session: This session is to assist you in understanding what ascension is and what it means for you. There is a great awakening and shift happening right now and there are things we are all experiencing as a result such as change in our eating and sleeping patterns (going back and forth from insomnia to wanting to sleep all of the time or the crave for foods you normally don't eat, constant hunger or no appetite), unusual mood swings or extra emotional, more headaches, migraines, aches and pains than usual, all senses are heightened such as extra sensitivity to light, noise or your surroundings, more lucid dreaming, vision is changing as in seeing colors change, change in the way foods taste, weight gain or loss that has nothing to do with eating or exercise habits and more. These sessions will help you understand why these things are happening and what they mean mind, body and spirit.
You can choose one 60 minute session or a package of 5 - 1hr sessions for more depth inner work and guidance.
Personal Empowerment/Guidance Session:
This session is about becoming a better YOU! This is your time to own your life and your story! This session is to give you deeper insight and understanding to your life path and how you can take it back and start living your life deliberately. Are you trying to pick up the pieces after loss, a break up, hitting rock bottom or have you been feeling stuck and stagnant and can't seem to find your way out? Are you feeling a sense of loss of yourself, your purpose, feeling disconnected, depressed, or do you need to find balance and healing? This session will assist you in getting your power and your sense of self back. We'll make sense of everything going on with some deeper insight, understanding and wisdom. Let's clear the path and get a clearer picture of what is happening and how we can finally begin living life and loving it as well as taking control of our story.
